Process
Eight steps from first conversation to launch
Every project follows the same clear sequence - so you always know what's happening, what's needed from you, and when payment milestones apply.
Payment is split 50/50: the first half at planning sign-off, the second half before final handover at deployment.
- 1
Discovery
We learn about your business, goals, audience, and requirements. You share any existing branding, content, and reference sites. This conversation shapes whether Silver, Gold, or Platinum is the right fit - before any money changes hands.
- 2
Planning
50% deposit dueWe define scope, features, timeline, and technical approach in a written plan you approve before build begins. The 50% project deposit is due at this stage - once the plan is signed off, development starts in earnest.
- 3
UI/UX Design
Wireframes and visual design tailored to your brand. You review layouts and key pages before we write production code, so feedback happens when changes are still inexpensive.
- 4
Development
We build on modern, maintainable technology - Next.js, Cloudflare Workers, or WordPress depending on scope. You receive progress updates at agreed checkpoints, not radio silence until launch day.
- 5
Testing
Cross-device, cross-browser, and functional QA. Forms, integrations, and admin flows are tested before you see the final build. Performance and accessibility basics are checked, not treated as afterthoughts.
- 6
Client Review
You review the complete build and request adjustments within your package's revision allowance. We address feedback in structured rounds so the process stays on track.
- 7
Deployment
Final 50% dueWe go live on your domain with SSL, redirects, and final checks. The remaining 50% is due before handover - credentials, documentation, and full ownership transfer happen once payment is complete.
- 8
Support
Your package includes a post-launch support window (30, 60, or 90 days depending on tier) for bug fixes and questions about what we built. Ongoing maintenance is available separately if you want continued coverage.
